This page explains how to get your money back, return something, or exchange an item you bought from one of our Sites.
Additional Contracts and Separate Agreements.
When you buy a special product or service from us, we may have you sign a separate agreement (another contract or set of rules) that’s just for that item. If the rules in that special agreement are different from the general rules you’re reading right now, the rules in the special agreement will be the ones followed. They always win over the general policy.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
Physical Products (Jewelry)
If for any reason you wish to return your merchandise, we will refund, replace, or exchange any item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
If You Want a Refund:
- 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the day your jewelry arrives to contact us if you want a full refund, replacement, or exchange.
- Item Condition: The item must be returned to us unworn and undamaged (unless there was a flaw from the factory). You must send it back in the original boxes.
- Original Certificates: This is very important! If the jewelry came with any original diamond certificates, you must include them in the package. If the certificate is missing, we will charge you a $200 fee (which will be taken out of your refund).
- Restocking Fee: If you return an item after 14 days of delivery, we will subtract a 25% restocking fee from your refund amount. (This doesn’t apply to items with factory defects).
How to Send the Item Back:
- Get a Number: Email returns@phenomenalimage.com to ask for a refund. We will give you a special Return Authorization Number (RMA #).
- Pack It Up: Put the item, the original invoice (receipt), and the original certificates (if you have them) into the package.
- You Pay for Shipping: You must pay for the return shipping cost yourself. We won’t accept packages sent C.O.D. (where we have to pay the shipping fee when it arrives).
- Insurance:
- If your item cost more than $500, you must ship it using US Postal Service Registered Mail and get insurance for the full amount. (Other companies like FedEx and UPS won’t insure jewelry over $500).
- If the item is lost or damaged on its way back to us, we are not responsible.

- Keep Proof: Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number in case you need to prove you sent it back.
Processing:
- Timing: Once we get your return, please allow 7–10 business days for us to process it
- How You Get Paid: We will send the refund money back to you the same way you paid us (e.g., payments received by credit card will be refunded the same way).
Exchanges:
- If your jewelry is new and unworn, you may exchange it for an item of the same value. You will not pay the restocking fee, but you still must pay for return shipping.
- After we receive your item, we will give you a store credit to buy your new item.
Digital Products
No Refunds on Digital Content:
Because you get instant, permanent access to our digital products (mini-coaching products, courses, guides, and files), all sales are final and non-refundable.
Our Value Guarantee:
Our coaching materials are delivered instantly and in their entirety so you can dive in right away. Because we give you immediate and full access to this value, all sales are final and non-refundable. We’re committed to your success and confident in the comprehensive materials you’ll receive.
The Deal:
If you attend all your coaching sessions, and you can show us you did all the assigned homework within the program time, but you still feel like you didn’t get the value you paid for, you must tell us immediately.
The Solution:
We will work with you to create a plan to get the value you deserve. This might mean extra resources or guidance, and we are confident that we will bring a fair and mutually agreed-upon resolution that honors the terms of our program.
Technical Problems:
If you have trouble downloading or accessing a digital product, email us at support@phenomenalimage.com. We will fix the technical problem, but a technical problem is not a reason for a refund.
Subscription Services (Community and Memberships)
- You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
- The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current month you’ve already paid for.
- We do not give refunds for partial months or any time you didn’t use before the end of your billing period.
Coaching Services and Workshops
This section is about the services where we work together directly with clients, like private coaching, group sessions, live and hybrid courses, workshops, or Annual Career Review Services.
Your Separate Contract is the Boss
Important:
All of these services are covered by a separate, signed contract or agreement. That contract contains the full and final rules for your service, and its rules always override anything written here in these general website Terms.
All Sales Are Final, But You Get a Guarantee!
For all interactive services:
No Refunds Up Front:
Since you immediately book our time and get access to the first step of the program, payments for these services are generally final.
Value Guarantee:
If you put in the effort, you’ll get the value! If you do all the homework and show up for every scheduled meeting and still don’t feel satisfied with the value you paid for, you must tell us right away! We will work together with you to create a plan to make sure you get the value you were promised. This might mean extra resources or guidance, and we are confident that we will bring a fair and mutually agreed-upon resolution that honors the terms of our program.
Termination
Our agreement for coaching services automatically ends after the total number of sessions agreed on is completed.
We Can End the Service If…
Service will end immediately if you don’t follow the rules. This includes:
- Skipping Appointments: You miss two or more sessions without telling us (see the 24-hour rule below).
- No Homework: You fail to complete the required homework or preparation work for the sessions two or more times.
Pro-Rated Refund:
If service ends because you didn’t follow the agreement, you may get some money back, but it won’t be the full amount.
Here’s how it works:
We will first figure out how many sessions and how much work we already did together (that money is kept). Then, we will only refund the money for the time and work we didn’t complete. We will also subtract a 10% cancellation fee from that refund amount to cover the costs of ending the program early.
Missing Appointments (24-Hour Rule)
24-Hour Notice Required:
If you need to cancel or change a meeting, you must tell us at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time.
The Cost:
If you cancel with less than 24 hours of notice, you will still be charged for that meeting, and it will count as one of your completed sessions. No exceptions!
